It is highly recommended to schedule a rental in advance to ensure the rental item will be available, as well as loading/unloading assistance, if needed.

Because we have a dedicated mechanic on staff, our fleet is in peak condition. However, if a mechanical issue occurs, stop using the tool immediately and call us at 385-212-4747. We will prioritize a swap or a field repair to keep your project on schedule.

We take pride in providing clean, professional-grade tools. We ask that you return equipment in a "reasonably clean" state (rinsed of heavy mud or debris). A small cleaning fee may apply to equipment returned with excessive concrete buildup or heavy mud.

Equipment is sent out with a full tank of fuel. You can either return it full or we can refuel it for you at a competitive per-gallon rate, which will be added to your final invoice.

We offer flexible timing. If you pick up equipment late Friday or Saturday morning, we have specific 24-hour and weekend rates that allow you to get the most out of your rental without rushing. Please contact us for specific rates!

Please bring a valid Driver’s License and a credit card for payment and any security deposit. If you are towing a trailer, please ensure your vehicle has the correct hitch size (usually 2" or 2 5/16") and working trailer light connections.
